Paul Blum relocated to Arizona in 1985 from New York where he practiced law for Turk, Marsh, Kelly & Hoare, (which was merged into Bryan Cave).
When he arrived in Arizona he participated in the development of four shopping centers and has considerable experience in marketing development and investment projects. Currently, he predominantly deals with medical and dental properties and has developed a niche selling office condos. He is the author of several articles including “Yes Virginia, Office Condos Make Sense”.
Paul achieved his CCIM designation in 2002 and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Arizona CCIM chapter and currently coordinates and moderates the panel discussions at the monthly chapter meetings.
Additionally, Paul coordinated and moderated the Wake Up to the West Side Program, where he brought together the economic development directors of west valley cities and the real estate community to help foster a better sense of collaboration.
He is a protégé of Roger Fisher, author of “Getting to Yes”, who made the phrase “win-win negotiations” famous.

Kelley Stillman is Assistant to Paul Blum. She joined RE/MAX Commercial Investment in 2006.
Kelley has an extensive background in administration at the executive level and has her degree in computer networking and information technology.
Initially she worked for RE/MAX on Tatum as a receptionist while attending school. Her previous employment includes working for Castle Megastore Corporation where she faceted many roles as the assistant to the CEO, web manager, IT assistant, and marketing assistant over the span of five years.
She also held the position of Executive Sales Administrator for Lumension Security, formerly PatchLink Corporation, and was the personal assistant to Rich Hlavka, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, whom she credits as a professional mentor.
Originally from Rhode Island, Kelley along with her family, has lived in Arizona since 1988. She is a black belt in karate under Mike Wall whom she has trained with for over 17 years and also worked with kids training for state, national, and world competitions.
